Our specialty vegetable rolls are infused with the delicious flavor of pork. It has a very light texture and is very popular with women! Our proud sesame amberjack is a classic dish in Hakata! The fresh seafood and the light aroma of sesame go perfectly together. The stone-grilled rice at the end is a luxurious dish of rice seasoned with dashi, mixed with small sardines, takana leaf, eggs, and seaweed.
